Connection Planner is an app that allows you to schedule when certain types of data connections become active. People who are on a certain plan will need to keep track of their time very closely, and this can help with that. However, I'm having difficulty imagining the kind of person who needs this kind of tracking, yet is unable simply to manually and at will turn on and off their own connections. Perhaps they're forgetful, but it seems unlikely. Or perhaps they're having trouble remembering at what time of day it's okay to use data? I don't know I can't quite picture a serious use of this app. But for whatever reason, you can use this app to manage your connections. -- Keoni C.
